A SPACE FOR YOU

This week, try to create a space in your house that is just for you. A calm haven from both the outside world and the comings and goings of the rest of your household. If you already have such a place, tend to it and revisit often.

Choose a few of your favorite items – plants, maybe some paintings or photographs that make you feel calm or happy – to decorate the space. Maybe a comfortable chair or cushions to sit on, some scented candles, your favourite book. Whatever makes it feel calm, inviting and most importantly just for you.

Classes are shared freely with the help of donations. Give what you can, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. Offerings are open to beginners and experienced practitioners and exist as a space for mental and physical healing.
