Natasha Chaoua is the founder and owner of Dubwise Yoga, LLC. She is a graduate, instructor and member-owner with Satya Yoga Cooperative, Colorado’s first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program for Black, Indigenous, People Of Color and the nations first BIPOC member-owned yoga cooperative.

Natasha is a trauma informed instructor that’s passionate about mental health and health care. Prior to teaching she worked at Craig Hospital with spinal cord injury (SCI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients, as well as, the Neuro ICU at UCHealth’s Anschutz Medical Campus. She recently completed Michelle Johnson’s Skill in Action – Yoga + Social Justice 300hr Yoga Teacher Training and is currently preparing to become a trainer with the Love Your Brain Foundation, sharing the benefits of yoga with those who have experienced a traumatic brain injury and their care providers.

Natasha is also a certified hatha and accessible yoga teacher, ambassador and supporting organization, as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, sharing equitable and accessible offerings for all, specifically BIPOC communities.

Natasha has teamed up with several community partners both local and nationwide to help spread her mission of providing equitable and accessible yoga to all. She believes that the benefits of yoga should be experienced by everyBODY and all abilities. She advocates for donation based classes and never turns anyone away for lack of funds. She leads sessions that range from gentle to challenging with intentional movements and breathing techniques. Props are encouraged throughout for added support and stability.
