Natasha Chaoua is the founder and owner of Dubwise Yoga, LLC. She is a graduate, instructor and member-owner with Satya Yoga Cooperative, Colorado’s first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program for Black, Indigenous, People Of Color and the nations first BIPOC member-owned yoga cooperative. She recently completed Michelle Johnson’s Skill in Action – Yoga + Social Justice 300hr Yoga Teacher Training and preparing to become a trainer with the Love Your Brain Foundation, sharing Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Natasha has worked for several years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Rehabilitation Tech for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients, as well as in the Neuro ICU. Currently she is a certified Hatha and Accessible Yoga teacher, an Accessible Yoga Ambassador and Supporting Organization sharing equitable and accessible offerings for BIPOC communities.
Sessions are gentle with slow intentional movements and breathing techniques. Props are encouraged throughout for added support and stability.
