โ 60 min classes with meditation
โ An intuitive, relaxed approach to yoga
โ Offerings are predominantly seated in a chair
โ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added support and stability
โ Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Traumatic brain injury (TBI) friendly
โ For beginners and experienced practitioners
โ Classes are DONATION BASED and offered over Zoom

โ LoveYourBrain 6 week acquired brain injury (ABI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) focused yoga and meditation series
โ 45 min classes with group discussion
โ 75 min classes with gentle yoga and group discussion
โ Interactive programs over Zoom
โ Weekly emails with 4 mindfulness tools
โ For people with mobility or cognitive needs
โ Specialized programs for caregivers, BIPOC, veterans, LGBTQIA+, young adults, and athletes
โ Programs are FREE and offered quarterly over Zoom
