✓ Invigorating and energizing hatha yoga practice
✓ 60 min classes with meditation

✓ Offerings are predominantly standing, on the floor, done in a seated, kneeling, or lying position
✓ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added support and stability

✓ 60 min classes with meditation
✓ An intuitive, relaxed approach to yoga
✓ Offerings are predominantly seated in a chair
✓ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added support and stability
✓ Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Traumatic brain injury (TBI) friendly
✓ For beginners and experienced practitioners
✓ Classes are DONATION BASED and offered over Zoom

✓ LoveYourBrain 6 week acquired brain injury (ABI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI) focused yoga and meditation series
✓ 45 min classes with group discussion
✓ 75 min classes with gentle yoga and group discussion
✓ Interactive programs over Zoom
✓ Weekly emails with 4 mindfulness tools
✓ For people with mobility or cognitive needs
✓ Specialized programs for caregivers, BIPOC, veterans, LGBTQIA+, young adults, and athletes
✓ Programs are FREE and offered quarterly over Zoom
