Greetings, My name is Natasha Chaoua, my pronouns are she/hers and Iโ€™m a yoga and mindfulness instructor, as well as, a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) in the investigational drug service (IDS) research pharmacy at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore. Iโ€™m based on Susquahannock, Nentego (Nanticoke) and Piscataway Territory, currently known as Columbia, Maryland. Iโ€™m a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance. I became a certified hatha yoga instructor and alumni of Satya Yoga Cooperative, an Accessible Yoga teacher, I completed Skill in Action โ€“ Yoga + Social Justice 300hr and 75hr yoga teacher training, as well as level 1 and 2 adaptive yoga training with Mindbody Solutions. I later became a certified LoveYourBrain yoga instructor, mindset facilitator and joined their training team in 2021.
