FIRST SUNDAYS
5 – 6am PT | 6 – 7am MT
7 – 8am CT | 8 – 9am ET

✓ 60 min mudra and meditation classes with mindful movement
✓ Gentle practice that improves mood and focus
✓ Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Traumatic brain injury (TBI) friendly
✓ Offerings are predominantly seated in a chair or on the floor
✓ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added stability
✓ For beginners and experienced practitioners
✓ Classes are DONATION BASED and offered over Zoom


CHAIR YOGA & MEDITATION

TUESDAYS
4 – 5pm PT | 5 – 6pm MT
6 – 7pm CT | 7 – 8pm ET

✓ 60 min accessible and adaptive chair yoga classes with meditation
✓ An intuitive, relaxed approach to yoga
✓ Excellent for those who want a slower pace with support
✓ Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Traumatic brain injury (TBI) friendly
✓ Offerings are predominantly seated in a chair
✓ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added stability
✓ For beginners and experienced practitioners
✓ Classes are DONATION BASED and offered over Zoom

Classes are shared freely with the help of donations. Give what you can, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. Offerings are open to beginners and experienced practitioners and exist as a space for mental and physical healing.

Class links shared at registration and 15 mins before the start of class. No entry 5 mins after the start of class.
