HATHA YOGA & MEDITATION

2pm – 3pm PT | 3pm – 4pm MT
4pm – 5pm CT | 5pm – 6pm ET
✓ Invigorating and energizing hatha yoga practice
✓ 60 min classes with meditation
✓ Connecting movement with the breath
✓ Offerings are predominantly standing, on the floor, done in a seated, kneeling, or lying position
✓ Props are encouraged throughout the class for added support and stability
✓ For beginners and experienced practitioners
✓ Classes are DONATION BASED and shared over Zoom
