Greetings, My name is Natasha Chaoua, my pronouns are she/hers and I’m a yoga and mindfulness instructor, as well as, a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) in the investigational drug service (IDS) research pharmacy at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore. I’m based on Susquahannock, Nentego (Nanticoke) and Piscataway Territory, currently known as Columbia, Maryland. I’m a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance. I became a certified hatha yoga instructor and alumni of Satya Yoga Cooperative, an Accessible Yoga teacher, I completed Skill in Action – Yoga + Social Justice 300hr and 75hr yoga teacher training, as well as level 1 and 2 adaptive yoga training with Mindbody Solutions. I later became a certified LoveYourBrain yoga instructor, mindset facilitator and joined their training team in 2021.
