
Hello, hoping you’re well and safe.
This past weekend I led a chair practice that focused on balance, within us and surrounding us. Itโs important to maintain some form of equilibrium in our lives, or at least try too. It can also be a state of mind. When things donโt workout the way we expect them to, we tend to react, which can lead us to feel out of balance.
Letโs become more mindful of our breath together!
Notice what is happening in the present moment. Focusing our attention on these sensations can interrupt our tendency to worry about the past or future and help us return to a more balanced, calm, and less reactive state of mind.
