Each month you’ll receive my personal newsletter with invites to biweekly yoga classes over Zoom. I currently share 60 minute standing and seated practices followed by silent meditation. Props are encouraged throughout the class for added support and stability. Connect with others while supporting your own healing journey. Offerings are open to beginners and experienced practitioners of all ages and exist as a space for mental and physical healing.
