I’m excited to share that I’m one of the many LoveYourBrain Program Leaders dedicated to supporting and uplifting the brain injury community through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. Join me as I facilitate the sessions below.

Wednesdays | January 12th – February 16th 7pm-8:15pm ET
Mondays | January 24th – February 28th 11am-12:15pm ET
